Many of artists use tools to create their masterworks. But only one Bosnian artist transforms these tools in art. He carves creative sculptures on the pencil’s tip. Yasenko Đorđević uses tiny chisel and X-acto knife to carve incredibly small and beautiful sculptures on the graphite pencil’s tip. Finisher work reminds something what is made of stone and charred wood. Yasenko Đorđević was inspirited by Dalton Ghetti works with carved pencils.
The best choice to work is graphite known as «black lead». Advantage of this material is in its strength and elasticity at the same time. Pencil graphite art needs maximum concentration and caution in every movement.
The hard work, clear and measured movements with a knife, enabled to create masterpieces that fascinate and delight. In pictures you can see most of Yasenko Đorđević carved pencils. Every pencil tip is unique and creative.
